The Service includes voice transcription, text translation, text-to-speech output, and related features accessible via web browser and mobile application.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent. Use of this Service in a clinical or healthcare setting is subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws, including HIPAA.
The Service is offered on a subscription basis with the following plans:
All plans include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid charges. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable subscription fees.
For iOS users, subscriptions may also be purchased through Apple In-App Purchases, subject to Apple's standard terms. For Android users, subscriptions may be purchased through Google Play, subject to Google's standard terms.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at support@ehealthmed.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access until then.
For subscriptions purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play, cancellations must be managed through your respective app store account settings.
We are committed to HIPAA compliance. The Service is designed to minimize the storage of Protected Health Information (PHI). Audio recordings are processed in real-time and are not retained after transcription. Translation session content is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers unless required for processing.
